What is Podcasting?
A Podcast is an easy way to automatically download audio and video files to your computer or iPod. Use a free application to subscribe to the Podcast feed. This application will check site you subscribe to regularly and starts a download whenever it finds something new. Once you have Podcasting setup, the next time you synch your MP3 device, any new audio or video files added since your last synch will automatically be downloaded.

What do I need to view these video Podcasts?
Besides a computer and a broadband internet connection (DXL, cable, etc.) you will need free podcasting software capable of playing videos (iTunes,etc.) or a portable video-capable MP3 player (iPod, etc.).

How can I subscribe to this Podcast?

Install the required podcast software on your computer. The most popular video-capable software is iTunes.

Subscribe to a Podcast Feed by following directions provided with the application. Usually this requires little more than pasting your desired Podcast URL into the application.

Simply 'drag and drop' Podcast icon above in to your iTunes Podcasts folder.
