Solar System Ambassador Program

The Solar System Ambassadors Program is a public outreach program designed to work with motivated volunteers across the nation. These volunteers communicate the excitement of NASA's space exploration missions and information about recent discoveries to people in their local communities.

Solar System Ambassadors were trained on the New Horizons Mission in 2005 by Co-Investigator Fran Bagenal and Deputy Misssion System Engineer, Jim Stratton.

To find a new New Horizons trained Ambassador in your area, visit the Solar System Ambassador Program web site.
